Hello.  I’m a qualified, experienced, Counsellor, & Hypnotherapist.  I provide support to all people, and also children over the age of 10, on all life’s challenging issues.  I specialize particularly in counseling for anxiety and addiction, although all life’s difficulties are my work.

i)                     Hypnotherapy: 

       I have long experience in this therapy (since 1998).

My main area of interest and experience is around control of anxiety and all life anxieties such as phobia’s, exam nerves, driving test confidence, confidence in flying etc.  Please feel free to talk to me to see if I can help.

ii)                  Spiritual Healing:      

       Spiritual healing can rejuvenate, replenish your energy, helping you to feel on top of things

      again.  It is a 30 minute session. You simply sit in a chair and relax while I channel energy in your

      aura.  This is non-invasive and does not involve hands on contact.
