Emotional Freedom Technique




EFT is an energy therapy using tapping on meridian points to release negative emotions. This allows the energy system  to be rebalanced.

It is an easy technique to do and learn, working on a whole range of emotional and physical conditions.

When working on negative emotions, typically, the memory remains but all the negative emotional charge that was stored with it evaporates. The effect is usually permanent.

EFT can produce quick results, quite often only needing one session, but long standing and deep emotional  problems may take longer.
